Alice Munro

We bought a property through Alice. She was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her to foloow up and answer all of our questions. She offered several initiatives to give us more information about the property. If she said that she would do something - she did. She was interested and knowledgeable about the property, and followed up on things she did not know. She arranged private viewings for us. Her information was accurate. Throughout, she remained really pleasant with a very nice demeanor. it was always a pleasure to meet with her. We are sure that she did a very good job for her vendors. as far as the proce expectations below are concerned - remember we were the buyers!

Alice and Abby were alway positive, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in providing an excellent service. They were responsive to our questions and kept communicating throughout the campaign. Thanks team - much appreciated . Sarah.

Alice has in-depth knowledge of the Dunedin market and combines realistic expectations with getting the best possible price for the vendor.

Alice was excellent in all forms of communication. Alice met us on site to confirm sizes and other details, she was available to answer questions even after the sale was unconditional.

This is our second time working with Alice. She is hard working, knowledgeable and has clear, friendly communication. We felt we were always kept in the loop and are pleased with the result we achieved at auction. Would highly recommend working with her and Abbey - they are an excellent team.

Both Alice and Abbey were fantastic not only with the sale of our late father's property but also providing a lot of assistance with preparing his house to get it to market. Their communication was outstanding right through the whole process and we always knew what was happening. They made the whole process seem very easy and no stress at all. We were also very happy with the suggested marketing strategy which resulted in a nice quick sale and better price than expected. Nice work Alice and Abbey, we appreciated all your help and guidance.
