While we appreciated her dedication and communication, we were ultimately disappointed with the final sale price, which was significantly below both our expectations and the property’s GV. We understand the challenges in the current market, but the strategy of lowering the asking price to attract interest, with the promise of bringing offers up, did not work out as we had hoped. Despite her efforts, the final sale price was $600,000 below GV, which was quite disheartening. Ali is a kind and committed agent, but we feel the result did not reflect the potential of our property.
