Alex has impressed my family with his market knowledge and patience. Since I am acting on behalf of my family and the finance has to be come from HK, there are several constraints on deposit. Alex had asked very good questions and I could see he understood well the constraints, and committed to communicate with the owner. He is very honest and transparent in providing the feedbacks to us re the situation and owner thoughts. He is so patient and been meeting with the owner till late night. To me and my family, he is making impossible to possible.
