Alexander met us at the entrance to the open home property- He smiled, gave us a brief introduction to the property - took our details - answered all questions well and diplomatically( this property had issues and he encouraged us to look into the details in the paperwork he would send, which he did ). Although Alexander was obviously working on behalf of the seller, he did listen & help us where he could. During the whole process - Auction - follow-up - offer - negotiation and final agreement he was professional and prompt. After the agreement was signed he offered further services such as rental assistance, and was willing to forward us minutes from the body corp meeting, through the sellers.
