Funny suits. Pointy shoes. And a great smile.

We met Alex from the sale of the house behind us. I would talk to him at each open home. About what's happening in the market and general life. I found Alex to be incredible knowledgeable and hard working. We would have a laugh. So that's what I liked. We got him to sell our place and put him to work. With in 3 weeks we were sold. And with a 2 week settlement. So for us we were very happy. He seems to live his work and talking with people. Also being a builder I was able to pick on him about most things in life.
