Alex made the whole process easy from providing good market knowledge on price range that the properties I have listed with would sell for, great advice on how to best present them and what was the best way to sell and market the property. I have sold many properties over the years and Alex is definitely in the top few agents I have dealt with. Nothing was a problem and I feel like he was truly representing me rather than putting pressure on me for his or a buyers benefit. I would high recommend Alex and referred him to my brother when he needed to sell his property and Alex sold his property and got a great result for him.

We met Alex from the sale of the house behind us. I would talk to him at each open home. About what's happening in the market and general life. I found Alex to be incredible knowledgeable and hard working. We would have a laugh. So that's what I liked. We got him to sell our place and put him to work. With in 3 weeks we were sold. And with a 2 week settlement. So for us we were very happy. He seems to live his work and talking with people. Also being a builder I was able to pick on him about most things in life.
