One of the several highlights in working with you was your collectively excellent communication skills. No question was too silly and you kept us well informed right throughout the campaign. Setting up the Whats App group so that the two of you and the two of us were always aware of changes, potential buyer questions or any other relevant information was a master stroke and enabled everything to be shared quickly across all of us. You were, collectively, a calming influence on us considering we hadn’t gone through this process for 30 years and at times, we certainly struggled. Without you both, that struggle would have been much worse. The proactivity you showed when randomly knocking on our door, was maintained throughout the campaign both when working with potential buyers or dealing with issues as they arose and that, coupled with your professionalism gave us great confidence that all would be well in the end, which indeed, it was.
