First impression, we personally thought he was amazing, why he was enthusiastic, very open to our suggestions and not once did we feel pressured in any of the plans for the sale of our house. We were realistic vendors who knew where our property sat in the market, Alex appreciated our thoughts and agreed with us. Alex knew our type of buyer and thorough out the process he made our experience stress free. Nothing was an issue. We have dealt many agents though out the years and Alex would rate in the top two.

Alex like Marty is a pro, in todays market the end to end sale process in often taking months not weeks, with purchasers cooler in their pacing to complete a sale. Alex does what he says, which is a real asset in todays market, he’s smoothed the process and driven the entire process along.
