We recently listed our Whitby property with Team Ritchie after having known Marty for several years. Working with Paula was a pleasure - we were given plenty of information up front, kept well informed throughout the marketing and sale process, and the auction yielded a result we were very happy with. We would highly recommend Team Ritchie to anybody buying or selling property in the region.
Very impressed with the entire team. The communication throughout was excellent and all of the people we dealt with were efficient and obviously good at what they did. Special mention to Alex. Very experienced head on a young man's shoulders. He always kept us up to date with progress and guided us through the auction day with aplomb.
Team Richie made the process of selling our house a straightforward and stress free experience. We really appreciated Alex’s honest and upfront advice. The team got us an excellent result at auction.
Alex is impressively well-versed in market dynamics, always keeping us informed with clear and concise updates. His communication style is effective and easy to follow, making complex concepts seem straightforward. Moreover, Alex maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
This is the 2nd time we have used Team Ritche. Both times there has been great communication, good practical advice, and an outcome above our expectations. Their knowledge, experience, and access to good trades people, building inspectors, photographers, and house stagers made our sale as stress free as possible. They work together as a well cordinated team and we always felt they were working in our interests. If this was a school report card it would be straight A+ for the team. A special mention is required for Alex Hinchliffe, our direct contact with Team Ritchie. Alex did a supurb job. We appreciated his patience, advice, market knowledge, and communications.
From the moment we touched base Alex has worked hard to find us the right house for our needs and wants. Always there should we have any questions and went the extra mile for us. We would buy and sell through him again.
