Alex made selling my home a wonderful experience, I was very stressed about the whole situation as a first time seller, including a signed contract that kept getting extended and eventually fell through due to buyer, but Alex kept a level head and helped us through the situation with grace and ease. He is friendly, easy to speak to, makes everything easy to understand without all the real estate jargon, and ensures the vendor is fully informed all while reducing the amount of stress. I would absolutely recommend Alex, and will be using him for any future home sales.

Unfortunately, our experience purchasing our first home through this agent was disappointing. Throughout the process, my wife was treated rudely on multiple occasions. Rather than making any effort to professionally repair the relationship, the responsibility fell on my wife to extend the olive branch so communication could continue. As the sale progressed, the agent effectively disappeared from the process without informing us or putting appropriate communication arrangements in place. We were left unaware that he would be unavailable and often had to chase information ourselves. The lead-up to settlement was particularly frustrating. No one contacted us to arrange the final walkthrough, and we had to initiate this ourselves. There also appeared to be confusion regarding the settlement date being brought forward at the vendor’s request. As a result, we were left with little to no opportunity to ensure outstanding work agreed to by the vendor had been completed before settlement. What was most surprising was the complete lack of follow-up after the sale. Once the keys were handed over, there was no congratulations, no welcome pack, and no contact whatsoever. As first-home buyers, we expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer service throughout what should have been an exciting milestone. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agent.

Alex is super down to earth, transparent, knowledgable and friendly. Very responsive and always looking to see how he can help. Gives lot's of good advice and got a great result for the sale. Has also given lot's of guidance and help post sale with finding a new place - including on price/market/ offer process etc. Has really gone above/ beyond to help. Was a great experience, would reccomend as an agent to anyone looking to sell or buy!
