I wish he had given me options. Saw the place when it was run down and then brought low offers. It's back on the market within a month with almost $134k more. I told many times I had the funds to do it up and list it then. Just be mindful and ask for all options.

Alex was very helpful and he explained in full details about property and he was easy to get in touch as he was reachable all the time whenever I needed to ask him something about the property. So overall I am very grateful that he help me out to get me the property.
We have owned our property for 50 yrs this August, never buying or selling any other property, and with absolutely no knowledge of the process. Alex took the time to explain everything we needed to know and ensured that we understood the details. The sale was carried out in a manner that satisfied our solicitor and we could not be any more pleased with the outcome.
Alex's appraisal was precisely what is sold for under the hammer; their understanding of the market is a testament to his expertise; thank you for your ongoing professionalism and high-level communication.
