I purchased this property site unseen during level 4 lockdown. Alex eliminated any potential challenges with ease and professionalism. I felt confident in my purchase as he provided all documents and knowledge of the property that was required. Alex had excellent communication skills and was professional throughout the process and made the purchase as simple and as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending Alex and would he definitely be my first port of call for any other real estate ventures in the future.

Alex was our initial contact. Personable and listened rather than telling. This was a big step for us and Alex was the only guy who came through with not one but five offers.

Alex answered our questions regarding the sale of the house in a friendly manner which is what first home buyers need. This gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase, he guided us through when needed. Would recommend to any FHB

Alex made it very clear he was prepared to work with us and for us and it wasn't just about the sale. He was an excellent communicator and always kept us informed and updated regarding the sale of our property. During Covid19 lockdowns this made for tough times. We discussed auction/ market sale and Alex was always aware what was currently the mostly successful method for sales.

Alex went above and beyond, he is polite , welcoming, and makes selling a property an absolute breeze! I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to sell their property . Outstanding service - thank you very much Alex for all you did to make this sale happen.

I understand Agents work for the vendor and not for the buyer but Alex went above and beyond expectation to bridge the transition. His Professionalism and turn around time made the smooth experience

Alex is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He is the best. Highly recommended.

Great guy, knew his house and its history including its surrounding. Came all prepared and responded whenever we needed him to. Easy deal

Alex was a pleasure to work with. He was upfront, detailed and very organised. He kept us up to date along the process and ultimately got the result we were all after.

It was a great experience.

It was fast and effective response when comes to dealing with Alex. I have received multiple offers for my property in just 1 week.

Alex is very friendly as well as professional in his work. He helped me secure my dream house during level 4 lockdown without any hassles. I would recommend Alex for buying and selling real estate.
