Alex and Jerald worked tirelessly selling our house. They communicated well through every stage of the process and continued enthusiastically to get a backup offer in place in case the first one should fall through. I would recommend them both. Thank you both for your effort.

Alex and his team have a good knowledge about how much property is worth it in your area. They have a good communication with buyer and vendors so when you buying and selling property it’s hassle free all the work done by them in professionalism way. We highly recommend them if anybody want to sell or buy a property.

I am really happy with the process of buying a house , it was very exciting. Alex did a fantastic job and was very helpful in the whole process. I do recommend Alex if anyone want to buy or sell their property.

Amazing experience with Alex. He has outstanding marketing skills

They helped me understand everything as it was happening. Alex is a very positive person and understands the market really well. He presents himself well and is well spoken. Alex and his partner work great as a team. We all laughed a lot during the time we spent together. During the lockdown Alex rang regularly to see if I was ok. I would recommend Alex as an agent to people as I trust him.

Well-informed throughout the entire process. Great property, I'm very lucky to have such a dedicated agent 👍

All my experiences with different Harcourt franchises have been excellent; with Alex Dunn, it has been outstanding! Alex's understanding of my outcomes has been a true asset to my work and I very much look forward to a long working relationship with him and his team. Thank you Alex and team 🙏

Alex was accommodating, supportive, and amazing. Alex isn't pushy, and he thinks outside the box when it comes to your budget for buying a house. He seems to know what he's talking about and works with you. His communication is excellent, he listens to you and takes on board what you say.

Thank you very much for all the hard work and effort for the last 3 weeks Alex. Couldn't have done it without you brother. Highly recommended and he's there to help and communicate any time of the day.
