Selling a property is not an everyday experience for the majority of vendors. Alistair was personally recommended to us by a friend. As a relatively new real estate agent his knowledge and ability to market and network the sale of our property was beyond our expectations. He was in regular contact with us and liaised with our tenant for access for viewings and open homes. We had offers on the table before commencing open homes and throughout the campaign (5 weeks) he was actively pursuing any interested parties and following up on all enquiries. He also had the support of his branch office to deal with any queries that arose. Our property was a little bit unique and not the easiest to sell and we are grateful to have had someone like Alistair to work alongside us to help achieve our goal.

All viewings and inspection requests were promptly arranged to suit both parties. Alastair responded to calls, texts and emails with a fast turnaround. In our situation, Alistair was engaged by the vendor to sell a property; from our perspective as a buyer, he acted with the vendors best interests in mind and kept their wishes at the forefront of our liaisons which speaks to his character in terms of representing sellers. He professionally passed on our thoughts as well making us feel like the vendor understood our position as a buyer as well. We would definitely work with Alastair again as either a buyer or a seller.
