This allowed us the go to market in an informed manner, knowing exactly the range our property would sell for. After the property went to market, Alastair provided us with regular updates on the status of the sale, including the number of visits and the discussions he had with various interested buyers. A detailed log was provided to us on a regular basis containing details of the market interest. Finally, once a very good lead had come through, Alastair worked very fast with us to come to an agreement of price between the buyer and us.
