Alana helped us buy our new home recently. We were purchasing from another part of New Zealand and Alana was extremely helpful during the process, including finding out additional information for us, giving us a video tour, and quickly organising to take us around the property when we were able to fly down to Dunedin. We really appreciated her down to earth approach, and the speed of her communication.

I only ever heard from them when i chased them up. . .in fact Alana till you came along i was thinking of undertaken my exams and doing the job myself. Alanna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain things clearly, made sure we understood our options, and helped guide us through some important decisions around financing and selling our home. We never felt rushed, and her approachable, personable manner made what can be a stressful process much easier to navigate. The only part of the experience I didn't enjoy was the whole team walkthrough, which felt quite intrusive and confronting. However, that wasn't down to Alanna and doesn't reflect the service she personally provided. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and really appreciated Alanna's support, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the journey.

Alana was always great with communicating and following up with potential buyers. In a hard market she never gave up and worked hard to get a sale.
