Abbey and Richard (and their team) went above and beyond with our campaign and sale, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and we were constantly impressed with their communication and attention to detail. Abbey and Richard’s assistance and eye for detail with our to market photography was impeccable and pulled all the right people in to view our home. We had listed in level 3, and thanks to a great campaign we had quite a few people interested in viewing, this meant that Abbey and Richard (and team) were organising multiple private viewings during the week and they were at our property for a good portion of the weekend. We were updated each week of the campaign with how things were tracking and how people felt about our home. We didn’t feel the need to ever ask too many questions as all the information that we needed was provided to us in an easy to understand template - when we did have questions they would endeavour to answer as soon as was practicable. Come auction time Abbey and Richard (and team) had everything organised and the process itself was seamless. Neither luke or I could be at the auction in person but we had Abbey and Richard on the phone talking us through each bid. A true collaborative effort. We would list with Abbey and Richard time and time again. They say that selling a home is one of the most stressful things you can do, it certainly wasn’t the case for us and that was down to having such wonderful agents.
We have worked with Abbey and Richard twice in selling our homes and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. We've never met real estate agents who work so hard for their clients. Their advice and support from the very beginning (eg changes you can make to your property to get the best price ) through to the final bid being accepted is priceless. I got in touch with Abbey to sell a property in Auckland when I was living in Wellington. I had hoped to travel up and manage the tidy up and presentation of a house that had been rented out that I wanted to sell. Covid-19 put paid to any idea of me being able to travel to Auckland but Abbey came to the rescue and organised everything - cleaners, painters, gardeners, staging - all sorted. The place looked fabulous. Abbey kept me appraised of how things were going and she was relentless in showing groups through during level 3 (so no open homes were allowed only small viewings). The whole process was very straightforward, super professional and resulted in an exciting and fabulous auction outcome.
