Abbey was brilliant. I live out of town so never met Abbey in person but she was excellent at keeping us up to date with the sale process. Got emails regularly & texts. And in the end we got a good result & I think she handled everything perfectly. We took her advice on all aspects of the sale. We was also very good at helping us complete all the forms & get all the signatories ( & patient!.)

In spite of the market disruptions created via the changes in taxation treatment of properties the week of our auction (April 2021) Abbey & Richard were able to generate a sale at a price we were very happy with. Very knowledgeable with where your house sits on the market, has a good network of potential buyers. Comms was ok but thought the team could let clients in on a few more actions/sales techniques that took place behind the scenes.
