This was not an easy process selling our property and eventually ended up with two main parties in the frame. One party after 5 visits and countless questions some of which were trivial extended the time frame to the point that they missed out to another party after placing an offer. To be completely honest, we entered this contract a tad skeptical. You know the saying "if something sounds too good to be true then it generally is". Well, a $5,000 commission sounded too good to be true and we kept waiting for the "ah-ha - told you so" moment.... We're still waiting, and the house has sold, done and dusted and we could honestly not be more happy. Everything about Brett and Arizto has blown us away. We build spec houses and it has hurt, a lot, up till now, to see so much of our profit go in agent commission. Sometimes the agent has walked away making more out of the build than us, which has been so discouraging.
