I found Brett excellent to deal with. As the title states was friendly, relaxed and very helpful. He gave very good advice and nothing was too much trouble. Also very impressed with the whole Arizto process and would certainly use them again to sell a property. They offer at least the same package as other Real Estate Companies, and in may cases more for less than a third of the fees.

Brett Smith was professional from the outset. Honest and tenacious, he goes all out to get the job done. This was not the quick and easy sell that we had hoped for but Brett stuck at it and never gave up - even after I had! Unfortunately we suffered a few "non starter" offers and agreements but Brett kept on working the property and bringing people through until we finally found the right buyer. I really cannot recommend Brett highly enough. I would 100% use Arzito again as I found them (and especially Brett) efficient and easy to deal with, great communication and their systems are so ahead of their time and of course the obvious bonus of a very reasonable flat fee. These guys have a great formula for selling your property and I think traditional real estate companies may need to be very afraid.
Brett is very approachable and a nice guy. He listened to what we wanted and we found him to be professional and consistent. It was really important for us to have someone calm and considerate which helped us through what could have been a stressful process.

We felt the on line dashboard was clunky, delayed and caused confusion to us. If we had known that from the outset it would have helped our stress levels. If you want to save 20000 dollars plus it is worth the annoyance of the online system. Brett was pleasant to deal with, although probably over worked due to popularity of Aritzo's fees. We did have to repeat instructions we thought had been made clear. Although this could just be a very cautious approach by Brett.
