It was a great opportunity for us to meet Elena and work on the property sale together. She had not only a very efficient and proactive approach, but also an in-depth knowledge of the area and the market trends. Elena was approachable and so easy to communicate. There was no trouble with asking any questions or discussion whenever we wanted to. Any issues were addressed promptly and dealt with as soon as possible. Well organised and the process went through without any delay that I didn't need to worry about at all. Feedback was given in detail after open homes giving an instantaneous update. Last but not least, Elena put so much effort and attention to meet out expectations which were fulfilled.

We're used to plenty of fluffy nonsense when dealing with agents (and boy do you pay for that nonsense) but Elena's approach is different. She's clear, concise and bulls**t free. "I'm not here to be your friend; I'm here to sell your house" And that's exactly what she did. Don't get me wrong - Elena is warm, empathetic and friendly. But she has a job to do. And once we got the hang of using the dashboard we soon got over that most of the communication during the Open Home period was by text and we just relaxed and trusted to the process. Elena did a fantastic job, with maximum efficiency, which takes so much stress out of the process - I'd have no hesitation at all in asking her to sell my house next time

After months and months of looking through properties and interacting with various agents, I finally stumbled upon one property which was listed by Elena, now being a first home buyer, I hardly had any knowledge about what property to go for and most of the agents I spoke with our Seller's agent but Elena, on the other hand, was very helpful and she looked more of a balanced agent helping bother her seller as well as the buyer. I still remember I marked my interest in the property on a Thursday night by Friday morning I viewed it and by Sunday my offer was accepted, I am pretty sure had it been any one else it would have taken a few days and would most likely not have worked out. I am personally very thankful to Elena and she will remain, my agent of choice, when I decide to sell or buy in the future. Also, the experience I had with her agency is Arizto is way better than any other agency I have previously dealth with. I remember filling in S&P's before and other paperwork, in the digital age we live in it feels so pointless to do all this manually whereas with Arizto it was just 2 clicks and it was all done being an IT professional myself I can't express how stoked I was with the experience.
