Right from the first meeting with Elena she inspired confidence. She was relatively conservative with her appraisal, but boy did she deliver! From the recommendation of a staging company, to the photographer and Elena’s open and honest communication we had a great experience. Even when our auction passed in her “don’t worry, I’ve got this” and her follow up ended up with a sale price well above what we were expecting. Arizto’s online model means all the information relating to both the property and feedback from open homes is available on the dashboard which worked really well for us. I interviewed several prospective agents from different agencies to sell my Milford home. I was aware of Arizto but had not personally used them before. I was unsure if the services provided would be up to the standard of the larger well known agencies. I am thrilled to say that from beginning to end the process was excellent. Elena was delightful to deal with, always answered her phone (many agents don't), she always responded to any queries from me immediately. Elena undertook thorough research and provided up to date statistics and a very precise property appraisal. Elena displayed professionalism, offered sound advice to me as the vendor and built excellent rapport with the subsequent buyer.
