After attempting to sell privately (how hard could it be?... the answer -quite hard, and very stressful!), Fiona came in and dissolved all the stress for us. Even though our campaign fell right in the middle of a Level 4 Covid lockdown, we didn't have to do anything. She sorted everything out, kept us in the loop, and was available whenever we had a question. Fiona was easy to talk to, we knew we could trust her and we felt she had our best interest at heart. I would totally recommend Fiona and would certainly use her again!

Fiona was amazing to deal with right from the start. From initially getting an appraisal to listing and selling our home and everything in between. Fiona made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was professional, enthusiastic and was just plain great at what she does. We would certainly use Fiona again and would highly recommend her to family and friends .

Fiona was very helpful and approachable. Most of all she presented herself with patience and in a professional manner over the whole process of buying a home.

We can only describe Fiona and her team as outstanding. She knew right from the get go what the market was doing and the best way to present our mothers unit for sale. All the dealings we had with her and her team were professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to use her again if the opportunity arises, and would not hesitate to recommend her name if you are looking at selling or indeed are in the market looking to buy.

We couldn’t recommend Fiona more as a real estate agent. From start to finish she was professional, had great communication and because of this, produced a great result. Thanks so much for such an easy selling experience!

Fiona was a joy to work with. She is hard working and very thorough; setting high standards in her profession, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She found a buyer for my home in record time - within 4 days, which allowed me to meet a tender deadline. When that fell through she quickly got to work to find me a new home. She offered help with paperwork and advice throughout the process. I can't recommend her enough, as it's hard to find someone to trust in this fast moving market.

In the space of a few months we sold one property in Hastings, and, almost without meaning to, bought another in Havelock North. Fiona Horne acted as our agent for the Hastings sale, and we were delighted when the Havelock North property turned out to be listed with Sotheby's and we were able to work with her again. Both transactions were very positive experiences. Fiona was a pleasure to work with; warm, approachable, obliging. Her communications with us were top notch and we felt very confident that she was doing her best for us. We're hoping our new purchase is going to be a 'forever home' but we'd have no hesitation in making Fiona our first port of call if we ever needed to sell.

Fiona kept in regular contact with all opportunities over the 10 months we spent looking for a property. When that right property came along she went above and beyond, providing honest facts and great market evidence to ensure we were the buyer. A stress free, smooth and seamless buying process. We would happily recommend Fiona to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Fiona provided great options and advice on my sale. The Pictures were magnificent, the staged enhanced my varied spaces to the best advantage. Her overall professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Fiona was amazing all the way through our buying process and very transparent. She went above and beyond helping my parents on their journey. Thank you Fiona!

Fiona is very professional and always prompt with replies with queries etc. The after sales support is fantastic with being able to get the keys early and the pizza delivery on the first night was so unexpected but was so appreciated with little mouths to feed. A++

Fiona went above and beyond when purchasing our property with her. She went out of her way to make the buying process smooth and seamless. I would happily recommend her to any looking for exceptional service.
