Fiona was a pleasure to work with as we purchased our home. We felt assured all the way through the process that we were receiving the right help we needed and that our interests were being considered as Fiona and Katrina presented properties for us to consider. It was a relief to know that we had someone out there looking at the market and thinking about our hopes for a property as they spent time with clients. The team at Southeby's has been efficient and friendly and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

When the opportunity arose to upgrade a holiday home which had been in the family for decades, Fiona was our first choice and the perfect person to work with. Her calm, honest, thoughtful and pragmatic approach to both buying and selling, made the process completely stress free. Fiona’s communication was outstanding throughout and her professionalism was first class. Thanks so much Fiona for an enjoyable, and rewarding real estate journey.

Made what could have been a stressful experience very easy through her honesty and candour - proactive and easy to talk to, we would recommend Fiona to others. Thanks Fiona!

Fiona knows the market and her profession exceptionally well. We felt completely at ease with her and trusted her judgement. Fiona was very focused on us and getting us the best possible outcome. Her communication was outstanding - great use of WhatsApp - and we always knew where things were 'at'. Fiona was able to market our property so that we did achieve and outstanding, and easy, outcome.

Fiona was really accommodating, helpful and friendly. We purchased from out of town and Fiona gave us confidence in the purchase, buy providing all the details we needed and arranging video viewings etc. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Fiona.

It was an absolute honour & delight meeting & working with Team Horne. From our initial meeting with Fiona, we felt extremely confident that we had enlisted the right person to sell our home. She delivered an exceptional standard of client care professionalism & communication at all times. She made the process so easy for us and her skill set in dealing with the buyers was second to none. We would also like to say a special thanks to the other members of Team Horne (Katrina & Hannah) We highly recommend Fiona & Sotheby’s for their first class real estate service. It is very easy to see why Fiona is one of Hawkes Bay’s most awarded sales associates, she’s simply awesome! Thanks again for an amazing result that exceeded our expectations. Leanne & Paul
