There is a reason why Steve wins so many awards. Honest and real estate don't often go together, however with Steve this couldn't be more true. We looked at a house that Steve had listed and while it wasn't for us, we ended up listing with Steve and then buying with Steve! We had pretty specific requirements for our next home and Steve listened to those, took them on board, and didn't waste either of our time trying to talk us into something we didn't want, and only showed us homes that fitted our "wants" and "needs". Another thing we found refreshing, was Steve wasn't shy to work with other agents to not only sell our home - but find us our dream home. We enjoyed Steve's non fluff approach and he really listened to what we needed - and it was great we could have a few laughs along the way. It's such a shame we don't plan on moving anytime soon, because Steve would be the first agent we would approach without any hesitation. Steve made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.
