Steve had an effective balance of attentiveness and giving us space when we were looking around the property. He was welcoming and on hand to answer questions or provide information, but didn’t feel the need to follow us around or bombard us with info like some agents do. This approach was evident in any follow up communication too. If we ever had questions he couldn’t answer, he was transparent in telling us he wasn’t sure but he would be sure to follow up to find out.
