I sold my property through Quintin while I was based overseas. Quintin assisted with preparing the property for sale, including liaising with a painter, carpeter, gardener, cleaner and interior designer - he provided suggestions to these trades, to get the home looking it's best before sale. Quintin even supplied some plants for the garden, and fixed a couple of things himself! Quintin did this in his own time, above and beyond the normal sale process. Despite never meeting Quintin, and not being nearby during the preparation or sale process, he was always happy to help, and was always reliable and trustworthy. Quintin was easy to communicate with, and always addressed any concerns or questions I had. Quintin navigated a tricky time in the market well, and was always transparent about market conditions and buyer feedback. If you want someone who doesn't just do the bare minimum, is great to work with, and can be trusted, then go with Quintin and his team.
