We were very impressed by Quintin Havenga when we bought our house in Papamoa recently. We had missed the open home on Sunday, and requested viewings during the week. Quintin arranged the viewings at short notice. He was very accommodating and very fast with emailing us the information we required. Also very efficient with answering our questions and discussing things with the vendor. Quintin had the backing of his team and/or the office to assist him, but he stayed available by phone even while he was traveling overseas. The paperwork at the end was a breeze, because everything was done online, thus avoiding the need for us to sign, scan and email all the pages. We found engaging Quintin simple and drama free. His appraisal was accurate and he seemed to know what he was doing. Most of all he did not pressure us to bring the price down (as some agents do) despite market being slow this year. We got slight less than the appraisal however I don't attribute that to Team Q's work.
