Quintin had a good look at my property and asked me what my expectations were. He then presented me with a proposal, which included a current market evaluation, expected price range and a suggested marketing strategy. On accepting his proposal the signs were up the next day and we went live a few days later. We had a short campaign followed by an Auction. Quintin kept me informed throughout the process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Quintin was very easy to deal with, I found him to be friendly, polite and enthusiastic. Overall the sale was a breeze and Quintin managed to get us a price that was on the high end of what he had promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Quintin.

Quinton is an excellent communicator, he immediately gave us feedback after each encounter with buyers, worked very hard to secure a sale, and was always friendly and professional.
