We found that Quintin overpromised and underdelivered. At the end of the day, yes our house sold, but the entire experience as a whole was less than pleasant. When the ball was dropped and we would follow up about things, we were consistently met with the excuse of how busy they were -- maybe take on less listings then? They even left our house unlocked for 8 days. Wouldn't use Ray White or Team Q again.
Having met both Quentin and Glen at an open home three years earlier I let them know I was not in the market to buy at that time but was happy to leave my details. For the next three years Glen would message me letting me know what had recently sold in my suburb and surrounding area which kept me up to date with the market. He kept the contact minimal but also enough for me to appreciate the information that interested me. During those 3 years I grew to trust Glen and when the time came for me to sell Glen was my agent of choice.
