We we requested three agent recommendations from Rate My Agent, and listed with Team Q after interviewing all three. Quintin Havenga impressed with his attitude, knowledge and positivity. The property was listed with him on a Monday, photographs happened on Wednesday and the listing went live on Thursday. There were supposed to be three open homes on successive Sundays, followed by an auction. So much interested was generated by Quintin over the first weekend, we received a solid pre-auction offer, which we accepted, and brought the auction forward. The property was sold at auction at a price that was above our expectations. From signing up with Quintin to selling the property took just nine days!
