Diego, Melissa, Wayne and team all worked hard for us - they pulled together a great marketing campaign including arranging staging and photographs very quickly and did plenty of open homes with an early auction to gauge a specific price. They took on board our wishes and we were very pleased when they got a multiple offer going that resulted in achieving the price we set and the conditions we hoped for and all within a short timeframe.
Diego responded to my initial appraisal inquired instantly and was on the point and professional from the start. We had the house on the market within a week and then he went to work with his great team. Communication was brilliant from the start . We went away on Holiday and Diego , Tiede and the team took care of everything. House was sold with a great offer before we could even get back into the country .
