Diego was referred to us by a family member who had used him a year before. We were hesitant as we already had a relationship with another agent. But we decided to list with Diego as his confidence in the sell price was a lot higher. We listed at a really awkward time being the 4 December. Christmas was soon and the market was rapidly changing. In the end it took just over 4 months to sell. We dealt with multiple offers and would have sold earlier if the vendors could access finances, sell their house etc. In summary I would say that Diego's negotiating skills and energy levels are second to none.
