Christmas was soon and the market was rapidly changing. In the end it took just over 4 months to sell. Diego, Melissa, Wayne and team all worked hard for us - they pulled together a great marketing campaign including arranging staging and photographs very quickly and did plenty of open homes with an early auction to gauge a specific price. They took on board our wishes and we were very pleased when they got a multiple offer going that resulted in achieving the price we set and the conditions we hoped for and all within a short timeframe.
