After our first communication with Team Diego, we knew that this is exactly what we’ve always wanted from our real estate agent. A team that was up-front and clear about the way they do business. They didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear or what they thought we needed to know. They told us what was actually happening in the market, the best way to market our house and by which method to sell. The only aspect that we were unclear about, was what we should expect from a sale price. We weren’t told some unrealistic price and then they fail to deliver, nor did they say we were being unrealistic and leave us feeling silly. Instead we should rely on what the market says.
