Diego did a great job selling my property despite challenging circumstances. The house wasn't finished at the time, CCC had yet to be issued and there were difficulties getting buyers access to the property which was still an active building site at the time. Despite all of these obstacles, he managed to achieve a sale that settled soon after CC was issued so it was perfect timing.
