I first contacted Aisling a 4-5 months before I was ready to put my house on the market – it was a direct result of a bit of soft-marketing after she had sold a property in my street. It’s always hard knowing who to deal with, but after reading her profile, I thought that she would be the best fit for me – personality wise and business wise. Aisling tells it how it is (in a very nice way) BUT she also guides you through the process and assures you she will do everything to get the best price for you!! Easy said, harder done – clearly Aisling likes doing the hard yards!!!! The price she got for my house was well above my expectations, and I’m not just talking a little bit above. One thing I noticed with Aisling was that she never put me under any pressure – from the first contact to when I decided to hit the market and the right through the whole process – a small amount of cajoling here and there but I guess as a novice that is what I needed. If anyone asks me whether I can recommend an agent for their sale, Aisling's name will just roll off my tongue.

Well selling a house is a big thing especially when you don't do it every day, so choosing a company and agent is also a very important thing to get it right first time up. In this instance we definitely got it spot on with Aisling as our agent. Having that one on one personal service was a much better experience than the traditional way of dealing with a mixture of agents, so that was a tick in the box. Aisling's communication was impeccable, professional and timely, we also had the added complication of selling our parents property at the same time and Aisling's ability to relate to both sides of the generation gap was very much appreciated and I know took a lot of stress out of selling.
