Ailsa has been incredible to deal with from start to finish, always helpful but never pushy and happy to give us the time to view the property as many times as we needed. Even extra viewings at different times of day to see where the sun hits the house at different times of day. Negotiaitons were difficult and while agents work for the seller (who ultimately pays their wages) we felt Ailsa was there to help us too to find a deal that worked for everyone. Ailsa is also a wealth of knowledge on the area and has great contacts to help those of us new to the area find good trades people who can be trusted. She is pure gold!
