Excellent communication, expertise and passion made the entire process less stressful. Peter’s personable demeanor and good sense of humour meant I felt comfortable asking anything. Overall professional outstanding service. Highly recommend Peter & his dream team.
We had the need to engage a Real Estate Agent to assist us with the sale of our late mothers home. We found a card in the mail box advertising More-RE ,it had Peters name and numbers on it so we made a call and left a message for Peter that evening. Peter came back almost straight away took our details and made an appointment to appraise the property. We met Peter, who arrived early to the appointment and all subsequent appointments. Peter was always available and easily contacted. We found him to be very professional, he knew the Cambridge market and surrounding areas well and the advice given by Peter was sound. The team behind Peter were also very helpful, polite and prompt in dealing with any of our enquiries. We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter & his team at More-RE to anyone looking to sell their home or to purchase a new one. Thanks again Peter for all that you have done in achieving this sale.
Peter was always friendly and accommodating. No viewing was too big or too small. We felt supported every step of the way. The professional, warm and welcoming service is to be commended. It felt like being part of family.
easy to deal with, well knowledged. quick response.
We certainly picked the right company and agent to market our property. Just three weeks on the market and it was sold unconditionally and for a great price. Being a small but efficient family business they all worked together for us, the client, making it an easy process with no stress for us. Marketing with great photos, open homes and communication with potential buyers, and us, all made this company stand out. We recommend them to everyone.
When planning for the sale of my parents house, we invited 3 seperate agents to provide an appraisal and convince us they were the right agent. Peter shone through in his knowledge and genuine approach. He also offered the most competitive rates from the outset. Peter and his family based team managed everything superbly and achieved a sale result that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend More Real Estate to anyone looking to sell. Top notch!
Peter’s understanding of the market was spot on. Very professional and friendly service. I would 100 percent recommend anyone to use Peter and team to market/sell their property. I found it to be an pleasant and easy experience.. thanks again your the best !
We found Peter very approachable, friendly and above all totally professional in our first meeting. He is a fountain of knowledge and his ability to listen and advise and calmly make suggestions was very appealing to us. We were also blown away with the photography and video done by Jason, the time and patience he had to get the correct photos and coming back later the same evening to get a great sunset shot was above and beyond what we expected! Wendy and Lily are both superb and easy to work with and their communication is fantastic. On the whole I would thoroughly recommend More-re.
We found Peter, Wendy, Jason and Lily great to deal with ... from the get go what impressed us about Peter was his interest in us. We met with several agents before selecting Peter and what we liked was the 'family approach' to marketing our property as well as Peter's confidence and professionalism without the need to talk about his countless sales achievements. We were so impressed with Jason's photography skills, open homes with Peter or Wendy were no hassle and we couldn't be happier with the end result. If you are looking for an agency that cares about you and is genuinely invested in ensuring a smooth sale process then look no further! Thank you Peter, Wendy and team for helping us reach our goal :)
Very happy with Pete’s service. Great communication, always punctual and good feedback following viewings. Sold the house for us and achieved the price we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
Great to deal with will use him again
