Firstly I must say that I am reluctant to participate in reviews of service provided as in the past I have had people who have had less than perfect reviews approach me for advice and assistance when their employer decided disciplinary action was warranted on the word of complete strangers who themselves were most probably having a less than perfect day. That said, both Sue and Donna were professional in their duties and relaxed and competent enough to make Jill and I feel completely at ease. After the sale they didn’t stop there and found us a property to buy and while renovations were still taking place they made sure everything was done to make sure we were happy. I would recommend both Sue and Donna to any home seller. They have really gone “above and beyond”.

Sue was very professional and managed to get us over the line despite having a difficult tenant and a buyer with complicated finances. She was patient and kept us updated all the time. She organized the open homes and inspections without any effort on our part. I would definitely recommend Sue and re-use her services.

Sue helped us work through one of the most difficult house purchases I have been involved in. There were repeated settlement extensions, last minute hold ups and requests from lenders and tenants set on making life difficult. Sue managed our growing frustrations at each new hurdle thrown our way, as well as going to bat for us with the vendors keeping them on side during a very extended and challenging settlement process. Had it not been for Sue's experience and people management skill, I am 100% convinced we would never have got through it all and into our home.
