Sue was absolutely wonderful! As we were first time home buyers, we didn't know much about anything. Sue was so helpful in helping us understand the whole process and exactly what everything meant. We completely put our trust in Sue to provide us with options and the best course of action. Every time we had a question she would answer us straight away, regardless of whether it was late on a week night or early Sunday morning, she really provided round the clock help! Because we took Sue's advice we were successful on our offer straight away. Sue continued to go the extra mile for us even after the sale was unconditional, from me asking her to get dimensions from the previous owners and talking to them about their broadband line rental. One year later and we find ourselves needing to sell, and so we contact Sue.
