Right from our very first meeting Michelle put us at ease in what is often one of the most stressful situations - selling your home. We had a family medical emergency two days out from our first (and only) open home. But this didn't faze Michelle - she told us to go and that she would handle everything - even down to the flowers. A very positive & innovative person, even when the original listing of my property was in period where the demand for properties was low, Michelle marketed the property exceptionally well, looking into avenues that would attract buyers. This year when demand was high and the property was re-listed, her good marketing had the property sold in a number of days with a number of offers available for us to choose our preference. Living in Auckland and selling a property in New Plymouth was not an issue, with efficient communication and when I had left some material at the house by mistake, and some wood not required by the incoming purchaser, Michelle and the help of her son spent hours of their time in the afternoon & evening, right up to the late hour of 10pm, moving the rubbish I missed cleaning up and delivering to a safe location, allowing the settlement to proceed the next day.
