Michelle was helpful throughout the entire process from initial viewing through to the final move and settling into our new home. She acted professionally during offering, negotiating and purchasing. She provided all necessary supporting information and was available and quick to reply to our questions whatever the time of day. It was a pleasure to deal with a personable agent. Real estate agents often try to sell and rush your decision, giving the impression they need a quick sale just for their commission and to please the seller. Michelle was not at all like this.

We enjoyed working with Michelle during the very difficult period of the Covid 19 Lockdown. Unable to view the property we eventually purchased, we were reduced to 'virtual' inspections and a great many questions, all of which Michelle answered promptly and professionally, even though a few questions must have seemed extreme enough to make her chuckle. We were eventually able to view the property and meet Michelle. She absolutely lived up to our expectations, professional, personable and prepared, and whilst she was always acting for the Vendors of course, we were impressed to the extent that we would certainly seek her out for any future property transactions.
