We cannot speak highly enough of Jason Hynes as a superb, hard-working and highly knowledgeable real estate agent. When we were considering selling our home, we undertook a thorough investigation of several real estate companies and interviewed a number of agents. Jason was our first choice. At his interview, we were impressed by his wide knowledge of the industry, his energy, his marketing skills, and his friendliness. Although most houses under $1m seemed to have been selling quickly in Dunedin, those over that price were much slower. Our 21-roomed home was no exception: it took 15 months! Jason guided us through the process from the initial enquiry with a prompt response and the chance to view the home was set up promptly too. He gave us all the information, answered all our questions or found out if he did not know. His knowledge about the Sale and Purchase process was great too and he acted graciously throughout, nothing was a bother and he kept us up to date with developments and information throughout what ended up being almost a four month period.
