We had a great experience with Jason with both selling and purchasing property. He always kept us up to date and informed and made the process of both selling and buying hassle free. He is very friendly and approachable and always contactable. Would highly recommend.
Jason gave great advice which lead to a successful sale, very happy with Jason and LJ Hookers.
We recently sold our home of 15 years, and Jason was our agent. His service was excellent and he was such a pleasure to deal with. Jason has fantastic knowledge of the Dunedin and Mosgiel market and is professional at all times. He kept us informed after each open home and viewing. Together, along with Jason, Lawrence and their team, we all achieved the result we were looking for. I would highly recommend Jason as a real estate agent. Many thanks.
It was a pleasure to deal with Jason when selling our property. Very easy to deal with and a very honest agent. Very good overall. Highly recommended.
Jason was great as an agent keeping us informed as to where we stood in a rather long drawn out purchase process. He explained the process well and answered all questions and got required info from vendors when requested. He made sure we got the private viewings we wanted , sometimes I am sure, going out of his way to make them happen. All in all a good experience and I would be happy to list a property with him or buy a property again through him.
He is very knowledgeable person in his job
Very easy to communicate with. Always answered our questions no matter how silly they may have been. Was professional in all aspects of our sale. Very good knowledge of the market.
Jason and his team have made the sale of our home very smooth and painless with great unbiased advice all the way through. Top notch service and up to date information all the way through. I’ve worked with Jason before and I will use him again. We Highly Recommend Jason Haynes and Team 💯
Jason was careful to understand us and our situation, and checked in regularly for feedback/thoughts to refine the marketing. He took our input on board and wasn't just a "yes" man. We would sell with Jason again.
Jason is a very polite and honest agent was ver helpful in explaining and clear with answers to our questions.
We have been so impressed with Jason and his teams service during the sale of our rental property, the home is just a small home in the lower end of the budget for buyers however we felt at all times like our home was treated like it was a million dollar home. Jason was easy to contact, always on hand for any questions or requests we had and kept us fully informed throughout the process and worked hard to get a result we were very happy with. We could not be happier with the service and expertise offered from him and his team! We highly recommend Jason Hynes to any prospective purchaser or seller .
