I had been house hunting for quite a while, and met Shane and Julie early on in the piece. Personally, I dealt more with Julie than Shane, but found both to be informed and professional. With my recent purchase, Julie actually got in touch to say she had a property just gone on the market that she thought would suit, and got me in quickly to have a viewing. They both provided crucial advice about the property and making an offer, and helped me to purchase the perfect home for my needs. Could not recommend enough - went out of their way to put me in a home! Would definitely use them for any future sales.

As first time buyers in a tight and fast moving market, Shane and Julie's honesty and open, friendly approach gave us the confidence to make our best offer, that was ultimately accepted. A couple of previous houses we had missed out on because we were not certain that those listing agents had disclosed all issues, and even had pretty obvious (and fairly expensive) issues minimised or dismissed, and so we had previously held back. Shane was also the main contact during the settlement period and handled that well despite a few tradie related hiccups. Post-settlement we also received a nice bottle of bubbles and an expensive candle in a cool handmade box, and they even had Pizza delivered to us on moving day. :) Its the little things, and they do them well, highly recommended.
