If someone asked for real estate advice on selling a property it would not be to list you house 1 week before the announcement of a Level 4 nationwide lockdown, forgo viewings and drive-bys, and rely only internet advertising. We did exactly that and on exit of L4, Shane and his team arranged the first inspection under the strict L3 rules, presented an offer that met our list price, and the property sold. Shane and Julie did not act for us; they worked for us. Their constant focus was to assess the effectiveness of the restricted marketing campaign and informing us on where and how long the on-line presence should run, even placing supplementary print media advertising at their own expense. When there was a concern from tenants, or need of small maintenance attention, Shane sorted it. There was a real estate job to do and and the job got done.
