We received regular timely feedback, initially on the local market and recent sales and then we were kept up to date with progress regarding the sale process, leading up to the deadline date. All in all a very good experience and reasonably stress free.

He maintained good communication throughout and didn't make me feel pressured when deciding my decision to place an offer. I only had a brief encounter with Julie, but I felt she had a warm inviting persona that made me feel comfortable and at ease.
