Shane knew that we had a deadline for when we needed to be out of our property and in to a new one and he worked hard to make sure everything fell into place for us, we feel he had vast knowledge of the property and real estate and it made everything a lot more relaxing for us as purchasers who had missed out on other properties in the past, he worked around us and our young family always coming to us and we really appreciate the extra mile he went to do this.
