I came across the home I have purchased on a Friday and was not able to attend the open home scheduled for the Sunday as I was out of town. I rang and left a message on Anthony’s voicemail to see if I could have an early viewing that afternoon prior to flying out of Nelson that evening. Anthony’s Personal Assistant returned my call very speedily and within an hour or so had organised for me to have an early viewing of the home. Anthony phoned me the following morning and we arranged for me to put an offer in remotely. The open home went ahead as planned on the Sunday afternoon and I found out early that evening that I had been successful with my offer. Both Anthony and his Personal Assistant were efficient and professional in their dealings and I felt very comfortable in my conversations with Anthony. My only regret is that prior to purchasing my new home, I listed my current home with a different Nelson company which was definitely the wrong move. In future, I would always approach Anthony in the first instance.
