Glyn's casual yet professional approach to real estate is why we continue to use him for our projects, with the buyer base he is the obvious choice, couple that with his local knowledge and approachable personality and we will continue to use Glyn for any future projects.. thanks again
Glyn's knowledge of the market has been amazing. We have also been fortunate in dealing with him as our agent when we bought our new house a year ago. He is a professional in all he does and is a very personable fellow. We would recommend him to any family wanting to market, sell and buy their future house.
Glyn came to us as a recommendation and he certainly delivered on the hype !! we were in a difficult situation selling a beloved family home and Glyn and the team not only guided us and supported us from a market perspective achieving an outstanding result but also from an understanding patient human perspective. Glyn and Tasha managed the whole process from staging , photography and even gardening. they are simply an amazing group pf people I would recommend them to anyone looking at selling there home.
Would happily recommend Glyn. He was friendly and professional with honest, clear, prompt communication - as was his Sales Assistant Tasha. Made the whole buying experience very smooth for us - and we're delighted to be moving into our new home next month!
Glyn is a great communicator and was always available to talk through anything we needed to clarify about the buying process, which was very much appreciated. He is very genuine and we trusted him from the beginning. Appreciated his help and support on an important purchase. Thanks!
From the first second, Glyn showed why he is the top salesperson in the area. He was excellent in every aspect of the sale from marketing to viewings. He helped hugely with anything we needed and did everything he said he would. We would trust him with any future sale and can’t thank him enough.
Glyn has a very easy personality and understood not only what we needed but his understanding of the Real Estate Market gave us the confidence to choose him over other agents and companies. His feedback and his work effect was second to none and we were very pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend that if your thinking of selling you would be hard pushed to find a better agent.
Glyn achieved a great result on my latest build project, even through the trying times of another lockdown. See you again in 5months, Cheers
Glyn was very good to deal with, he knew the market well and answered all our questions. He had excellent communication and sold our house very quickly.
When you deal with Glyn you know why he's Summit's Number 1 Agent in the region! We were thrilled with the price (especially in the middle of a Level 4 lockdown) and really appreciated his straight up advice about things we should do to get the property ready for sale. The thing I like most about dealing with Glyn is the fact that you feel that you can trust his advice 100% - whether you are the Vendor or the Purchaser.
After an incredibly stressful year I was so grateful for Glyn's knowledge and help with the sale of my House/Land Package sale. Everything was thought of, efficiency was the to an excellent level and the sale was super fast and easy. Thank you so much Glyn and team for all the extra work that you put in. Jayna
Glyn achieved a fantastic result for us. This was a slightly unusual property, a perfect match for Glyn! He knows the market and is able to provide detailed information in order to support decision making. Highly recommended.
