We had many interactions with Glyn when we were property hunting so we were able to see first hand how he operated and the results he got. So when it was time to sell our property the decision to chose Glyn was a no-brainer. Glyn is easy to deal with, nothing is a problem and he gets results fast. Glyn has been fantastic, great communication. When I have a question he is very quick to find the information and get it back to us. When we first meet him at the home open he was so friendly , helpful and giving suggestions that can be done to the house to improve it for us and our needs. I've meet many real estate agents and their vibe can be pushy and fake but with what I've experienced with Glyn his is not the vibe. Cheers for all you help and keep up the good work :)

I would have to say that Glyn's communication, listening skills and his professional manner was what made the sale of the house go so smoothly. I was never in any doubt about what was going on, and nothing was a problem. He had his finger on the pulse as to where the market for the house would be. He is a team player with many others in summit. I would recommend Glyn for anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

This is the third house in as many years that Glyn has sold for us. The first two I chose an opposition agent with no luck and little interest. Glyn saved the day on both occasions and getting the results we wanted. The latest was sold in less than 3 days after picking the right agent from the get go. We have left the region but fingers crossed that Glyn sells nationally for the next one.
