Glyn and his team did an awesome job selling our home. Helped organise the staging right through to being their to unlock the door for the builders report. Easy and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Would 100% use again in the future and would recommend to anyone selling their home in the Nelson region.

What a pleasure to have glyn and callum selling our home. They were so personable, great knowledge and excellent communication. We told team delany what we needed and they made it happen.
Glyn and Callum helped overcome issues that came up in a prompt and professional manner, and were well connected to builders and developers to help find answers to my questions.
Glyn was very professional and easy to deal with and had great communication right through the sales process Higel Recommend Him :)
Glyn helped us to to purchase our new home. He was very helpful and cheerful and understood what the market is doing. I would use him again
Another sale completed by Team Delany with sound advice and our price expectation met, in a challenging market. With the biggest database in town and a professional service, we have no hesitation in recommending Glyn, Callum & team
Glyn and Callum have made our experience with buying our first home an absolute breeze.. First phone call we requested to see a property ASAP and they were able to organize for us to see it the very next day.. Callum met us at the house with all the answers to our questions, he was very personable and did not make us feel rushed. We found them very attentive and Honest! We highly recommend this 5 star team :)
After living in the same house for 47 years, I decided to sell up and move on but the prospect of this was both stressful and daunting. My family suggested Glyn Delany from summit as their friends had used Glyn as their agent when selling there home. As soon as I met Glyn with his cheerful friendly informative manner I knew I had made the right decision. He went of his way to make sure finances I needed to be able to move on with the next chapter in my life a retirement village. I had absolutely no idea the amount of hard work that goes on with the team at summit everyone was friendly and polite including the office girls. Although head spinning at times, this experience has been interesting and enjoyable with a few laughs in between. So thanks to the summit team I can now move on to my next adventure and will certainly recommend Glyn to friends etc. cheers Christine.
While I didn't know Glyn personally, choosing him to sell our house was an easy choice. Glyn lives nearby, so he knows the local scene better than anyone. He provided market data, to help with price expectations, which in the end was spot on. Just one week after listing, a bit of negotiating, and we were under contract. A terrific result in a cooled September 2022 market. We went to Glyn for his experience, and that was exactly the guidance we got. Thank you.
Glyn is a very pro-active agent who not only helped secure us our dream house but did a great job of marketing our existing house to get us a price that we were very happy with. He and his team are hard-working and professional. Thanks very much.
Definitely a happy experience to work with Glyn to purchase our home. He is really professional in his career. He is a good listener and very responsive to Email, text message or better to say his communication was excellent.
